We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colours, sizes, and small details may vary slightly from images shown due to display settings or manufacturing variation.

4. Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, you'll receive a full refund.

5. Delivery
Delivery timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays.

6. Returns and cancellation
Your rights to cancel, return, or request a refund are set out in our Refund Policy, in line with UK consumer law.

7. Personalised products
Personalised or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun, except where faulty, as set out in our Refund Policy. It's your responsibility to check spelling and details carefully before ordering.

9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, our liability to you is limited to the value of your order.
