Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch.

Delivery time: Most UK orders arrive within 5 working days of dispatch. Some orders may take 7–9 days, depending on weekends and bank holidays.

Personalised items: Personalised products (embroidered names) require additional production time before dispatch — please allow extra time beyond the standard delivery window above.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. If your order hasn't arrived within these windows, contact us at hello@kalmerkid.com and we'll look into it.
